We'll welcome you into the studio, and start by taking some beautiful portraits on two different backgrounds (there'll be a plain one for that all year round portrait, and a Christmas one). Then we'll open the curtain to the grotto where your child will get to meet and talk to Santa, check the naughty or nice list, eat a cookie together all while I take more beautiful portraits.

Around one hour. We want to give your child time to warm up, relax, and enjoy the magic without feeling rushed. There'll be plenty of time to talk to Santa.

In our warm and welcoming Towcester studio (NN12 6YY), with free parking and lift access. Santa’s grotto is tucked away behind a curtain — a magical surprise reveal!

Yes! There's nothing ordinary about this experience! You’ll receive a  pre-session questionnaire so we can personalise your child’s visit — including what’s on their Christmas wish list and anything special Santa should mention.

Absolutely! It’s a wonderful opportunity to capture the whole family to help your child to remember how special this experience was.

Smart casual or cosy festive knits work beautifully. You’ll receive a full styling guide ahead of your session with outfit tips for the backdrops.

He’s brilliant. Not only does he look the part (no cheap costume here!), but he’s gentle, warm, and wonderful with children. You’ll believe in the magic too.

This experience is suitable for all ages. Santa will tailor the experience depending on your child’s age and personality.

Absolutely, they're part of the family too. Please note though, pets are only permitted on the LAST session on each day at 5pm, as we won't have time to clean dog hairs off Santa between other sessions! If all the 5pm spaces are already taken, please contact us first for more options.

Yes, there’s plenty of room in the studio. You know your child best – if you don’t think it will overwhelm them, feel free to bring grandparents or other family members along to share the magic. If bringing more than 4 children, please contact us first as you may need to book two sessions back to back to give every child time with Santa.

That’s totally normal. We allow time for them to warm up, and we never force anything. Santa is patient, and we follow your child’s pace throughout.

We want every child to feel comfortable and included in the Santa Experience. If your child is neurodiverse, please contact us before booking. We can arrange a time where no other sessions are running that day, so your family has more space and time to enjoy the experience. We’re also able to adapt the environment with options such as low lighting, not using flash photography, no background music, and social stories to help your child know what to expect. Most importantly, you can let us know what will make the session easier for your child and we’ll do our very best to accommodate.

Your digital downloads will be sent to you 3 working days after you session. Printed products will be ready to collect from the studio in time for Christmas.
